healthcare system. As exclusive distributors, we represented more foreign manufacturers than other competitors
in this field. It was also during this year that a four-storey building was constructed to showcase our equipment
and supplies and to house our growing number of employees. This property is strategically at the posh district of
Greenhills
In 1985 MEDECOR changed its company name to emphasize focus on
Health care technologies. TECHNOMED, as we are now called, shifted from more ethical drugs to mainstream
medical technologies and services that ensures availability of the latest medical equipment, supplies and
accessories that radically change the healthcare system in this country. To achieve such a monument task, we
forged partnership with more prestigious principals who shared the vision of our company.

When we started MEDECOR, in 1964 our objective was to get a market share in distributing ethical drugs. Like any other company in its infancy, we had our own share of set backs to contend with.... One of the tougher ones was the challenge to compete with formidable companies that had beenin the business ahead of us. They seemed better financed, better equipped and more experience in the field of ethical drug distribution. But through the combined efforts of our management and sales team, we persevered and hurdled all those obstacles and become one of the front runners in the business.
Opened a showroom at KAIMO Building in Quezon City with head office at own building in Tirad Pass Quezon City. MEDECOR Philippines, Inc. ceases operations of medical equipments to concentrate on Real State Property
and Development.
Extend customer base to include Visayas and Mindanao whereby operations become nationwide
Expand partnership with varous foreign manufacturers including Atom Medical Corp., Castellini, Puritan- Benett and Showa X-ray
Continued expansion of distributorship now to include: kakinuma, Erma of Japan and Sutures Ltd. UK, Labatec Pharma, Novocol Inc. and GT Raj
Done of construction new Medecor Building.
Acquired 10,000 sq.m. Industrial property in canlubang industrial Estate and put up a 2,000 sq.m. warehouse in keeping up with the company's growth
